Loan Requirements

To qualify for an installment loan from 3BCash:

You must have steady income.
You must be able to show a verifiable source of recurring income payments.
Your paycheck must be deposited electronically into your checking account from your employer.
You must have a checking account at least one 60 days old with your name printed on the checks.
You must be able to be contacted after work.
You must be at least 23 years old.
You must have a gross income of at least $1,500 per month.
You must not currently be a debtor in a bankruptcy case or presently intend to voluntarily file for bankruptcy relief.

Representative examples. A $500 loan repaid in 16 bi-weekly payments at 36% APR has payments of $35.05 and a total of payments of $560.87 (finance charge $60.87). The same $500 loan at 145% APR has payments of $48.05 and a total of payments of $768.78 (finance charge $268.78). A $1,000 loan repaid in 16 bi-weekly payments at 36% APR has payments of $70.11 and a total of payments of $1,121.74 (finance charge $121.74). Rates and availability. Loans from $100 to $35,000 with terms from 7 days to 12 months. Rates and fees are standard and stay within the limits set by the law of the state where the loan is made. Loans are not available in all states. Approval is not guaranteed; the amount you qualify for depends on your income and application.

Credit check. We start with a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score; a hard credit inquiry may be made before final approval. 3BCash does not report your payments to credit bureaus.

Funding. If your application is received and verified by 7:00 PM EST on a business day and approved, funds are generally deposited into your bank account the next business day. Availability of funds may depend on your bank.

Repayment. Loans are repaid in fixed installments with part of every payment going to principal. No rollovers and no prepayment penalty. Late or returned payments may result in fees permitted by your state's law and collection activity — contact us before a payment is due if you expect difficulty paying.

Right to cancel. You may cancel your loan without any finance charge by sending written notice by fax or email by 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on the next business day after your loan is made.

Responsible borrowing. Installment loans can be an expensive form of credit and are meant for short-term financial needs, not as a long-term financial solution. Borrow only what you can repay.

Military borrowers. We comply with the Military Lending Act. Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents; in general, the cost of consumer credit to a covered borrower may not exceed a 36% Military Annual Percentage Rate. Equal Credit Opportunity. The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
