This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It describes the personal information Three B Financial, LLC (dba 3BCash) has collected about California consumers in the preceding 12 months, why we collect it, and the rights California law gives you under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Notice at collection. When you visit our site or start an application, we collect the categories of personal information described below to evaluate your loan request, service your account, operate our business, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information for money.
In the preceding 12 months, depending on whether you simply browse our site or apply for a loan, we may have collected the following categories of personal information about California consumers:
We collect these categories directly from you (through our website and loan application), automatically through your use of our site (such as cookies and device data), from our technology partner that hosts our online application form, and from third parties such as banking data providers and consumer reporting agencies, where applicable.
We disclose some categories of personal information to service providers and business partners for the business purposes above — for example, to our technology partner that operates the online application form, to banking and payment-processing providers, and to companies that help us with hosting, security, and customer communications. These companies are restricted from using your information for anything other than performing services for us or as required by law.
Sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Information you submit through our online application form is collected by our technology partner under its own notice; to opt out of any sale or sharing, use the options below.
Some personal information we collect in connection with your loan is already governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing regulations, and is subject to our GLBA privacy notice found in our Privacy Policy. The CCPA does not apply to personal information covered by GLBA to the extent that exemption applies; where it does not apply, the rights described on this page govern. In practice, this means the financial and account information described in our GLBA notice is handled under that federal framework, while browsing data, device information, and other information not covered by GLBA are handled under the CCPA rights described below.
The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents rights over how businesses like ours handle their personal information. These rights are not absolute — they are subject to legal exceptions, such as our need to retain information to complete a transaction, meet a regulatory recordkeeping obligation, or defend a legal claim. Subject to those exceptions, California residents have the right to:
Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the sources, purposes, and categories of third parties involved.
Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction or meeting a legal obligation.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information, to the extent it applies.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted under the CCPA/CPRA.
We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
