Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include companies within the Three B Financial family.
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include providers of consumer financial products and services, and our technology partner that operates our online application form.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners can include other lenders and providers of consumer products and services.

If we extend credit to a consumer, we will treat the bank account information the consumer provides as authorized for us to process payments against. As part of our information collection process, we may also identify additional bank accounts under the ownership of the consumer; we will treat these additional accounts as part of the application process. We do not report loan payments to consumer credit bureaus.

This section explains how we collect and use information through 3bcash.com and our online application, separately from the GLBA notice above.

Information We Collect Online

Application data you submit to request a loan, such as your name, date of birth, Social Security number, income, employment, and bank account information.
Contact information, including mailing address, email address, and phone numbers (including for text messages, subject to our Text Message Policy).
Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected automatically when you visit our site.
Cookies and similar technologies, used to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate this website, process and evaluate loan applications, communicate with applicants and borrowers, service existing loans, detect and prevent fraud, comply with applicable law, and improve our site and products. We do not use the information we collect online to make automated final lending decisions without the underwriting steps described in our loan process.

How We Share Information

Our online application form is provided and hosted by a technology partner. When you complete the application, the information you submit is collected by that partner under its own privacy notice and terms, which we encourage you to review before you apply. Beyond that partner, we share information as described in the GLBA notice above, with service providers who help us operate our business (such as payment processors and hosting providers), and as required by law, regulation, or legal process. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We do not report to credit bureaus. Three B Financial, LLC does not report your loan payments to consumer credit bureaus, and completing a loan with us does not build a credit history through credit reporting.

Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, consistent with the security measures described in our GLBA notice above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain application and account information for as long as needed to service your loan, meet our legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we take reasonable steps to securely dispose of or de-identify it. If your application is not approved, we retain the information you submitted only as long as reasonably necessary for recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites, such as the Better Business Bureau or our online application partner. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not cover them. We encourage you to review the privacy notice of any third-party site before providing personal information.

Children's Privacy

Our loans and this website are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our services are not directed to anyone under 18.

Representative examples. A $500 loan repaid in 16 bi-weekly payments at 36% APR has payments of $35.05 and a total of payments of $560.87 (finance charge $60.87). The same $500 loan at 145% APR has payments of $48.05 and a total of payments of $768.78 (finance charge $268.78). A $1,000 loan repaid in 16 bi-weekly payments at 36% APR has payments of $70.11 and a total of payments of $1,121.74 (finance charge $121.74). These are examples only — your APR, payment amount and number of payments depend on the law of your state, the loan amount and your application; confirm your exact terms when you complete the application form. Rates and availability. Loans from $100 to $35,000 with terms from 7 days to 12 months. Rates and fees are standard and stay within the limits set by the law of the state where the loan is made. Loans are not available in all states. Approval is not guaranteed; the amount you qualify for depends on your income and application.

Credit check. We start with a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score; a hard credit inquiry may be made before final approval. 3BCash does not report your payments to credit bureaus.

Funding. If your application is received and verified by 7:00 PM EST on a business day and approved, funds are generally deposited into your bank account the next business day. Availability of funds may depend on your bank.

Repayment. Loans are repaid in fixed installments with part of every payment going to principal. No rollovers and no prepayment penalty. Late or returned payments may result in fees permitted by your state's law and collection activity — contact us before a payment is due if you expect difficulty paying.

Right to cancel. You may cancel your loan without any finance charge by sending written notice by fax or email by 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on the next business day after your loan is made.

Responsible borrowing. Installment loans can be an expensive form of credit and are meant for short-term financial needs, not as a long-term financial solution. Borrow only what you can repay.

Military borrowers. We comply with the Military Lending Act. Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents; in general, the cost of consumer credit to a covered borrower may not exceed a 36% Military Annual Percentage Rate. Equal Credit Opportunity. The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
